Your tasks:
- Process and ensure site safety compliance through regular inspections and participation in daily toolbox meetings and supervisor briefings
- Perform joint inspections with site mechanics on industrial equipment, power tools, and heavy machinery to ensure operational safety
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance records
- Report HSE-related non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to the Project Engineer, Supervisor, or Site-in-Charge
- Oversee critical lifting operations and foundation drilling activities, focusing on hazard identification and risk mitigation
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering, Nursing, Occupational Safety, or a related field; BOSH/COSH certification preferred
- Several years of professional experience in safety roles within drilling, foundation, or heavy equipment operations
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Mining, or Geotechnical industries is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and DOLE standards
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing; strong documentation and reporting skills
