Your tasks:
- Coordination and monitoring of construction works on our major special foundation project in Hungary according to project specifications, quality standards, instructions and site planning in accordance with relevant HSE standards
- Supervision of teams, such as Foreman, Rig Operators and Plant Operators, and ensuring the cooperation of several teams on site to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
- Oversee site logistics such as transport, loading and unloading activities of equipment in line with site planning
- Weekly ahead planning including daily inspections in terms of material and equipment
- Preparation of internal reports and regularly reporting of project status to towards site / project management
- Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
Your profile:
- Experience in construction, preferably as foreman / supervisor; knowledge in Piling, Micropiling and/or Deep Soil Mixing a plus but not a must
- Good organizational skills and willingness to take over responsibility
- Ability to communicate in English
- Motivated to work in shift in a rotational model
- Ability to work independently and in teams of international composition
- Entitlement to perform work in Sweden, either being of a nationality from an European Union or EFTA country or having a residence permit/work permit title allowing to take over such job in Sweden
